S1 Episode 2: 80’s Kitchen Transplant Part 1

John and Luisita (and their adorable dog Finn) reached out to us because they were ready to renovate the kitchen in their 1988 Colonial.  They were in love with their neighborhood because of the location as the last house on a lovely cul-de-sac, but the galley kitchen made it difficult to entertain and host their family and friends.  In order to give them the kitchen they were dreaming of we relocated it to a completely different room!

Primary Suite Escape: Bedroom & Bathroom Renovation Reveal

Kevin and Michelle came to us with a vision of transforming their primary suite to feel like a luxurious escape, but the existing layout was anything but relaxing. A cramped closet, single-sink vanity, and a shower that felt more like a phone booth left little room for comfort.

In this project, we reimagined the entire space, knocking down walls and reworking the footprint to create the ultimate suite experience. By shifting the closet into the bedroom and expanding the bathroom, we opened up new possibilities. The result? A double vanity with custom cabinetry, a spacious walk-in shower with bold green accent tiles, and a closet that no longer feels like a tight squeeze.

This was more than just a renovation – it was about giving Kevin and Michelle the peaceful retreat they’d been dreaming of for years. Take a look at the before-and-after shots and see how a little creativity (and some smart design choices) can completely transform a space.
