This home was in the family and our clients had recently purchased it from a family member. Even though there was some work done over the years (some by dad!), they were ready to make it their own. The biggest issues were the closed-off rooms and dated finishes. Our clients really wanted to open up the kitchen, living and dining area, as well as convert a 3-season porch into something that could be used year-round. Our clients love to cook so they also had their hearts set on a professional Blue Star range and a built-in Sub-Zero wine unit.

Fun Fact: These clients found us through our Instagram page! Check it out here.
BEFORE & AFTER – A view of the kitchen from the dining room: Taking down the walls allowed us to fit a 10′ long island in this kitchen. We also added a light box for some interest on the ceiling.
BEFORE & AFTER – The Dining Room: The dining room wall was the perfect place to tuck the wine unit and some extra cabinets.
BEFORE & AFTER: We love the way the natural light comes in over the kitchen sink.
BEFORE & AFTER – The fireplace wall: The old fireplace was a little too wide for the room, so we resized it and added wainscoting to make this focal wall pop as soon as you enter the home.
BEFORE & AFTER – 3-Season Room: Same table, but the view is slightly changed.
BEFORE & AFTER – The Entry: We also revamped the entry to make it more welcoming for guests, as well as providing functional storage closets for the homeowners.
