When we met Suzanne she was living in Florida dreaming of coming back home to Boston where she grew up. She was very specific about wanting to find a piece of land in a quintessential New England neighborhood where she could build her new home. Through our brokerage, Kadilak Realty Group, we helped her find the perfect plot in Lynnfield, MA. Then the work of planning her new custom home really began.
After over a year of surveys, engineering, septic design, reviewing and revamping the house layout, playing with roof lines, and going through the permitting process, we are super excited to finally have this project underway. Although that kind of timeline is not unusual for a project of this size, getting the house framed is a huge milestone. We are finally able to walk through all of the spaces we have been imagining, and we continue to mold and perfect the design as the project moves along. This is just the beginning of this dream coming to life and we cannot wait to share more milestones with you throughout this year.
